Reiki First Degree, or 'Shoden', Initiation level, whereby you receive four 'Attunements' which aligns you with the Reiki Energy. This allows you the ability to Channel this Healing Energy for yourself, Family and Friends.

Reiki Second Degree, 'Okuden', Practitioner level, in which you receive two further 'Attunements'
this allows for further self healing, development and understanding of Reiki,
for the purpose of treating others in a therapeutic setting.
