This group was created with love, for anyone, anywhere in the world We believe that many of our imbalances in society stem from the disconnection to the earth beneath our feet.

The Root Chakra within the human body is closely linked to our connection to the Earth- it governs the feet, legs and hips.

An imbalance in the Root chakra can be caused by frequent fight-or-flight responses. Numerous bouts of panic, anxiety & fear draws energy out of the lower centres of the body and can leave you feeling ungrounded, and unsafe on earth.

The rubber we all mostly wear on our feet blocks the rich source of negative ions that the earth naturally provides

This is an opportunity to connect! Be open to the sacred wisdom, and natural, free healing energy the earth provides us all.

Grounding just 20 minutes a day is known to:
